Dr. Alicia Kominek
Dr. Kominek was born and raised in Chatham and is thrilled to be practicing in her hometown. She decided when she got her first pair of glasses, at the young age of 12, that she wanted to pursue optometry, so that she could provide her patients with that same awe-filled reaction to seeing clearly for the first time.
Dr. Kominek completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo, followed by her Vision Science, accelerated MBA, and Doctor of Optometry degrees at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She has been practicing in Southwestern Ontario since graduating in 2014 and is eager to serve the community of Chatham-Kent.
Dr. Al McCabe
Dr. McCabe has been practicing in Chatham for decades. He has established a well-deserved reputation for offering high quality, personal care to each of his patients. He has recently sold his practice to Dr. Alicia Kominek, but will continue to see patients. When he's not at the clinic you can find him on the golf course, or spending time with family.
